It's quite nice. I think though that they're trying to cut down on that kind of time. Which is sad, I think. Social interaction is really important to some of the people receiving home help. I worked in home help services for a summer, and I could never figure out the whole time management thing.. I never got it through my head that coffee-breaks with cake and chats was actually a part of the job :) This was on a small island though, I'm sure there's no such thing as chatting over cake and coffee in a large city..
