Whatnow?

This is my blog. That might be quite an obvious statement, but I feel it needs to be said. By calling it a blog I’m saying that it’s not a journal. I keep my journal on paper, write it with a real pen and what’s in there will never be read by anyone but me. The purpose of a blog is that anyone can read it and I certainly don’t want the world to have access to my innermost thoughts. That’s why this is a blog and not a journal. It’s opinionated, biased and certainly more silly than serious.

So let’s get down to business. I’m 23 and from Sweden, but I moved to Scotland to work at IBM on the 4th of October 2008. I’ve since then changed jobs to a sales position at HP Software just outside Glasgow. I’ve got a BA in English, specialising in translation and I spent 4 years at uni to become a translator, but that’s not what I do at the moment. My job is rather boring, but I like it and I think that’s all that needs to be said about it here. I’ll probably tell you about it on occasion, but there will most definitely be more talk about video games, comics and clothes, all of which I feel strongly for.
